Aloha Waikoloa Apartments is a master-planned, mixed-income multifamily community strategically located above the Waikoloa Resort area on Hawaiʻi Island. The project is designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of housing demand, including long-term residential units, extended-stay accommodations, and short-term vacation rentals, positioning it to serve both local workforce needs and visitor-driven demand.
