Waikoloa Self-Storage is planned as a modern, professionally managed facility offering a wide range of unit sizes suitable for household storage, business inventory, equipment, and seasonal storage needs.

Phase 1 Development

The project will be developed in phases to align with market demand.

Phase 1 includes:

  • Buildings: C, D, and E

  • Total Area: 123,273 gross square feet

  • Total Units: 917 storage units

  • Climate Control: Majority of Phase 1 units will be climate-controlled

Phase 1 is designed to deliver immediate capacity to an underserved storage market, while preserving flexibility for future expansion as demand continues to grow.
