Brown Development’s Civil Construction Division is a core component of our vertically integrated development platform. By self-performing grading and infrastructure, we control the earliest—and most risk-sensitive—phase of every project.

This approach delivers cost certainty, schedule reliability, and execution discipline that traditional developer–contractor structures often lack.

While our civil team is primarily focused on Brown Development projects, we selectively partner with third-party owners and developers where our capabilities provide a clear advantage.

Brown Development is currently executing large-scale site development across contiguous parcels including Lots 5A, 5B1, and 5B2:
